Multiple Accounts -

You are not allowed to create any more than 1 account. Members who are caught using the same IP address or cash-out using the same payment id will be considered as a multiple account and will be suspended/deleted.

Cheating Policy -

With our tough anti-cheat system and very active Admin, it is extremely difficult to cheat. If someone is caught cheating or simply attempting to cheat, we have the right to remove all earnings and possibly even suspend or delete the user from our site. Cheating would include any of the following: Proxy Use - You will receive a warnings and will be suspended for 7 days, earnings and points lost if you are caught using a proxy to view ads. The second time you are caught and warning issued your account will be permantly suspended or deleted. Any use of auto-clickers or promoting in what is considered as cheating forums - You will be caught and suspended forever no warnings! Interfering with our system to prevent optimum security and/or reliability. Creating any type of emulator, or a program to automate the process of clicking. Any malicious act that may, in any way, interfere with our system. Only 1 Alertpay/Paypal ID can be used per member - individual members can withdrawal using any account as long as it is not shared with other members as a means to cashout. PTSU: If you have 10 denied signups recorded in your account will result in 1 weeks suspension and your cash and points wiped clean. Exceed a limit of 20 false signups your account will be suspended forever - please do not submit false signups! Cheatchecks - If you fail more than 50 cheatchecks per month your account will be suspended - this is part of English test. Contests - Any cheating in site contests or manipulating the system to win contests will result in a 2 weeks suspension any earnings won from proceeds of cheating in contests will be deducted from your account. PTP Cheating - Advertising on Auto-surf sites or any other site deemed unfit then your account will be suspended/deleted.

Chargebacks -

Any charge-backs placed after purchase without contacting the admin first your accounts will be suspended/deleted.

False Representing -

We do not tollerate anyone who uses false information to get referrals. If you are caught trying to gain referrals to the site through false means you will loose your earnings and possibly be banned from the site.

Advertising Terms -

The website must not contain pornographic, racist, discriminating, vulgar, illegal, or other adult materials of any kind. -- The website must not contain any frame breakers - this includes linkbucks ads etc. -- The website must be English - some blogs in other languages will be allowed. -- The website must not contain or promote any viruses -- The website must not conatin ANY promts such as download dialogs or confirmation alerts. -- The website must not exceed the 1 popup/popunder limit -- The website's single popup/popunder must not open any new windows. -- The website's single popup/popunder must not break any of the above terms. -- Abusing the system by falsely denying legitimate PTSU offers.

Inactive Accounts -

Inactive Accounts - Members inactive for more that 6 months (180 days) will be suspended and earnings cleared. If your account is inactive for over 1 year (364 days) your account will be deleted.

Spam -

We do not beleive in spam, and we are very strict on the handling of your information. The only emails you will receive are periodic emails with information, news, contests, issues, updates and anything else related to the running of this site.

Subject to Change -

This agreement can change. Although we have the right to change this agreement without any prior notice to our members, we will send out a notice to all of our members the new terms and/or terms that have changed changed. If for any reason you do not accept the changes, you will need to contact us, and your account will be removed.
